About Rena

Rena's spiritual journey began at a young age, where she found inspiration in stillness from being raised in the Episcopal Church. Later in life she discovered Hatha Yoga, which dramatically shaped the trajectory of her path.

Holding a B.S. in Occupational Therapy, Rena draws from her extensive understanding of anatomy and physiology to support students through a holistic practice that integrates the physical, mental, and energetic aspects of yoga. She is certified as an ERYT-500 Hatha Yoga Alliance Teacher and Spirit Coach®. Rena has been teaching yoga since 2003 and is an eternal student of the practice for continual refinement.

Rena has had the privilege of learning from world-renowned teachers Erich Schiffman, Noah Mazé, Elena Brower, Darren Rhodes, and Christina Sell. She continues to study with master spiritual teachers Jenai Lane, Amrito Cross and practices meditation daily. This is her salvation.

As a Yoga Teacher and Spirit Coach® her approach is gentle, wise, and compassionate. She empowers students and clients to embrace their highest potential by connecting to the divine in a profound way. Whether on the mat or in one-on-one coaching, Rena's presence radiates a sense of peace reminding us that the journey of self-discovery is an extraordinarily rewarding one. Rena and her husband, Chris, have two beautiful sons, Luke and Ethan. Her devotional work supports her in embracing herself as love, to be love for all around her.

Gratitude is the gold of our being. It allows us to locate the gem within any situation.
